• Fresh Produce and Weighted Items: For items sold by weight (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats), the exact weight of the delivered item may vary slightly from the estimated weight requested. You will be charged for the actual weight of the item delivered.

If you instruct us to leave the groceries unattended at your door, you assume full responsibility for the items from the moment they are dropped off. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or spoilage of unattended deliveries.

• Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return or refund within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) of delivery, subject to our review.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your order up until our warehouse begins packing it. Once the order is in the processing or out-for-delivery stage, it cannot be canceled.
